A long private driveway through the Curaçao nature leads to the impressive gate. Via the intercom (with video), you can let guests in who then drive up the, slightly sloping, slope to the entrance. The garden is planted with maintenance-free local plants such as agaves and aloe vera. The carport can accommodate more than 6 cars. Through the entrance you walk into the beautiful villa along a part of the living room and you arrive in the extensive kitchen from where you have access to the porch via an imposing sliding door. Immediately here you can already see what an amazing view you have on the Spanish Water and the Caribbean Sea.
The kitchen is equipped with a solid 20cm thick stainless-steel worktop from ABK, electric drawers, 2 sinks, cooker, multiple fridges, 2 dishwashers, espresso machine, steamer, ovens and a wine cooler. Almost all equipment is from the top series of Gaggenau. The kitchen also offers ample space for a nice breakfast.
Behind the kitchen is the large living room which again has large aluminum sliding doors, painted in ral color, giving access to the backyard which is now arranged as a play area for the children with a sunk trampoline and a play set.
The staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms, fitness room and the spacious roof terrace. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower room from where you, in all privacy, can enjoy the spectacular views of the Spanish Water and all the yachts. The two children’s rooms share an intermediate bathroom. The fitness room (also to be used as an extra bedroom of course) is equipped with high end appliances from the brand Life Fitness and a WaterRower.
Once downstairs, we walk back to the kitchen and to the porch. Here you will find a large (covered) living space where you can eat or lounge on the breeze with a view of the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The infinity swimming pool has a Jacuzzi. The outdoor kitchen from Boretti has its own fridge and grill plates. Below the outdoor kitchen is the pump room and a guest bathroom for the pool use and if you come back from the Spanish water.
From here begins the path to the jetty and the palapa at the Spanish Water. * This requires further explanation.
Behind the outdoor kitchen is the cozy guest house which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Here too you have a magnificent view.
