There is only one entrance to the Kaya Kuki Indjan, and there are no gates and guardhouses, so no additional monthly fees. There is an optional security patrol.

Upon entering the house you immediately will notice the space in the house. The high ceiling plays a major role in this. But the actual living space is large as well . There is a spacious lounge and a spacious dining area (now used as an office / kidscorner). The open kitchen is nicely furnished and equipped. Behind the kitchen is the large pantry including space for a washing machine.

Behind the living room are the bedrooms, the master bedroom is privately located at the end of the corridor and has a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom.

Adjacent to the living room is the porch, where you will have beautiful views over the salt pans of Jan Thiel and the private garden where there is room for a pool.

Under the house is an independent apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance in the corner of the gate and parking for several cars, so it is perfect to rent for long term or holiday rentals. Jan Thiel is a very popular area to rent houses because of its convenient location to the beaches.

Since the current owners are the first inhabitants of this house, and have it in possession for 23 years, there are virtually no government restrictions on the possibilities offered by this plot of 1240 square meters. For example you could expand the current building and turn it into a location for a B & B.

Beside the house is a large boat / carport of 70m2 and a lockable corner for a motor. The pool has recently been muted, but is easy to build again. On some pictures the pool can still be seen.
